Founder & Chairman, he is a Certified Protection Officer from Security Officers Career College (SOCC) Canada, with an overall experience of 30 years. He has served in the Indian ARMY and has experience in security sector both in India and abroad. Prior to ACPS, he was heading the Bangalore Branch of Private Eye Pvt. Ltd and has worked for United Protection Services, Canada. He set up ACPS in 2012 with an ambition to make a difference in the sector and to the lives of the people serving in the sector.
Co-Founder & Managing Director, she has over 26 years of experience in the areas of People Management, Customer Management and Counseling. She started her career at STPI (a Govt. Orgn.) in 1992, followed by stints as Head HR at Revere & SemIndia Systems , as Membership Head at IESA and Business Head at Latitude Edutech. She has been part of Business and Govt. delegations to US & UK.
She has obtained certificate for General Management Program from IIM-B and certificates from University of Toronto for “Psychology”, “Understanding the Brain” from University of Chicago and “Clinical Psychology for Children and young adults “ from University of Edinburgh. Being a Certified Counsellor she conceptualised an initiative called “MPOWER” at ACPS which offers counseling services.
Director, he has over 18 years of work experience in the area of People Management, Client Relationship & Business Development. He has worked for companies like HP, Dell, Accenture, Panasonic prior to joining ACPS. His varied work experience and learning is an asset to the company. He and his team are recognised and appreciated by ACPS clients for their prompt response to client issues and requirements.
Head – Accounts, she is a Post Graduate with distinction in Commerce and comes with over 10 years of work experience in the area of Accounts, Inventory & Human Resource Management. A proven asset to the company.
